Stephen J. Nash
Steve Nash is the founding partners of Nash Law Firm. Steve has practiced in the Real Estate and Business law area for almost two decades. He is from the Twin Cities area and graduated, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983. Steve is the past president of the Anoka County Real Property Section and the Anoka County Bar Association. He has been on the Board of Directors for Judicare, a non-profit legal service provider for area residents for over 10 years.
Steve also has his Minnesota real estate brokers license and is a former owner of a real estate brokerage firm in the Twin Cities with over 500 hundred agents.
Steve is a frequent speaker at seminars for attorneys, real estate agents, real estate brokers and the general public.
Over the years Steve has represented many real estate brokers, title companies, builders and lenders. Steve has represented hundreds for real estate agents and their clients. Steve has also represented numerous businesses and individuals. Steve and the law firm have represented Medtronic in their lease work throughout the country for over 5 years. Steve brings a tremendous amount of legal knowledge and has extensive practical, industry knowledge to help represent, protect and provide consulting services for his clients.

Hobbies
Steve enjoys reading, travel, fishing and sports. He has been married for over 30 years to Mary and they have two adult children. Steve has spent a great deal of time coaching youth hockey and soccer teams. He created an indoor soccer program in the Anoka ice arena in 1995 which he still runs with the help of his wife and friends. In 2010 there were over 800 participants ranging in age from 3 to 65!

He combines his legal knowledge with his practical experience as an owner of a number of different businesses to deliver informative, practical seminars and articles in a language that lay people can understand.
Steve has spoken at literally hundreds of events for audiences of 15 to 1000 people. Many of the events provide continuing education credits for attorneys and real estate agent/broker credits.
