The Corporate Book
The Corporate Book contains all of the important organizational documents of your company. The documentation starts with the documents that created and govern the company and continues with each change in the governance and ownership of the company and the hsitory and authorization of the significant actions of the company. Without such a book it can be difficult to find such documents and makes it easier to neglect to properly document the actions of the company, al of which can put the company and its owners at risk.

- Certificate of Incorporation(with Secretary of State Information and Receipt)
- Certificate of Assumed Name (if applicable)
- Application for Federal Employer Identification Number (Tax Number)
- Application for State Employer Identification Number
- Application for Subchapter S Tax Status (if applicable)
- By-Laws
- Stock Ledger
- Stock Subscriptions Agreement
- Buy/Sell Agreement
- Written Notices or Waiver of Notices of Meetings and Minutes and Resolutions of Directors/Shareholder Meetings
- For all significant company decisions
- Business license or permits (if applicable)
