William J. Keyes
Bill has been practicing Real Estate and Title law for over 25 years. After growing up in Colorado, Bill moved to the great state of Minnesota where he received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1985. A former criminal prosecutor, Bill has always maintained a love for real estate law. He and his wife Julie founded Progressive Title in 1994, where Bill was engaged in all legal matters involving the purchase and sale of residential homes and commercial office buildings, the clearance of title defects, boundary line disputes, and land development. Bill is an experienced speaker on real estate topics such as mortgage foreclosures, mechanic's liens and title insurance. He is one of the few lawyers in the state of Minnesota with extensive experience negotiating mortgage short sale transactions and is well versed in title and transactional law.
Bill represents individuals and companies throughout the State of Minnesota. Bill's experience from owning and operating a title company for many years gives him unique insight into the problems facing today's homeowners, home buyers, and real estate professionals. Bill is not only an attorney, but also an advocate who gives his clients the service and attention they deserve.
